Greetings!
SO! It has been at least a year that I have abandoned this little blog of mine. Many have asked and encouraged me to revive my blog, but as you can see I did not even move a finger to revive my blog. Call me a lazy pig because simply, I am! :colon captial D: I seriously have no idea what to write. I am writing for the sake of writing it. But probably I will insert some pictures to help me a little to kickstart.
:clears throat: Alright, I am born in this, once upon little city of Sungai Petani, which is much bigger and developed now. However, my first few early years were spent in another little town called Kuala Ketil, which is 17km eastward of Sungai Petani. Credits to Google Earth for the finer details.
Back in the days when I am a little tinier, the last portion of the evaporated milk is not usually poured out. Instead, the hot tea or coffee is poured into the last portion of milk and (voila!), the final brew is complete! Well, many do not find it amusing, but for me, waking it up in the morning with such memory is reminiscent. It bring backs all the memories of what you see and smell when you were younger. Besides, it's cool. You get to bring a tin can back instead of just a plastic bag!
The rest are just pictures of a bird I took at my aunt's house. After an hour of googling and running through the bird database, the name of this bird is red crested bulbul. However, as a good Science student, it is recommended that I adhere to the Science discipline strictly, and by that I provide you the scientific Latin name: Pycnonotus jocosus! It would sound like a spell if Harry Porter says it fast! And no. This time will not be talking about nonsense regarding animals (like I previously did about pandas and hamsters). These red-crested bulbuls are average sized song birds. It has relatively high market value within the community of cagebirds enthusiasts. My uncle said that if the bird learns how to sing well, the market value goes up by RM 600 - RM700 above its initial price.
